2. Booking, Changes, and Cancellations

• You can request an appointment by completing the booking form provided on the site.
• We may confirm or adjust your appointment based on availability. The final appointment time is confirmed to you according to the booking flow.
• If you need changes or cancellations, contact us using the details in the “Contacts & Complaints” section.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information so we can schedule and contact you.

3. Online/Electronic Arrangement Information

When booking is offered through an online arrangement, you are informed about the provider and relevant consumer-facing information in accordance with Ukrainian law. 4. Acceptable Use

• You must not use the site to submit false, misleading, or abusive information.
• You must not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, booking system, or user data.
• You must not claim or imply endorsements that we have not granted.

5. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Birchvanern is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or appointment scheduling. We are responsible for the services within the scope of applicable consumer and contractual rules.

6. Privacy and Personal Data
